![]() ![]() ![]() The pool area was lovely and had plenty of seat choices for either shade or sun, depending on what you were looking for. The hotel itself is magnificent, with many restaurants and shops throughout the property, including the huge Forum Shops mall. There was only one light switch in the middle of the room that controlled most of the lights, and one had to get out of bed to turn off the bed-side lamp. The only negative about the room was that it did not have the modern electrical conveniences that many strip hotels have (buttons to open the curtains, or to adjust the lights). The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and separate shower and tub, and a separate vanity area outside the bathroom. ![]() I stayed in the newly renovated Palace Tower - a bit of a hike to get to the elevators from check-in, but that is to be expected in most strip casino hotels. The check-in attendant was pleasant and friendly. I only had to wait about 10 minutes in line to check in (around noon on a Sunday) and my room was ready. This was my first time staying a Caesars in many years, and after reading some of the negative reviews (long check in lines, bad smells, etc.) I was pleasantly surprised, and experienced no negatives during my stay. ![]()
